    Document review and gap analysis

    Once you decide to work with us, we do a thorough review of everything you have — qualifications, documents, financial records, previous applications. We identify what is strong, what needs strengthening, and what is missing.

    • You send us all relevant documents and records
    • We review everything against the specific requirements of your application
    • We produce a gap list — what is missing, what needs to be updated, what needs to be obtained
    • We give you an honest assessment of where you stand

  3. 03

    Application preparation

    Varies by service and complexity

    This is the main body of work. We build your application with you — forms, supporting documents, personal statements or cover letters, financial evidence packs. Everything is reviewed before it is finalised.

    What happens

    • We draft or review every section of the application form together
    • Personal statements and cover letters are developed through multiple drafts
    • Supporting documents are checked for format, content, and completeness
    • Financial evidence is organised and verified against the specific thresholds required
    • We do a final cross-check of the complete package before submission

    A complete, reviewed application ready for submission — with nothing missing and no avoidable errors.

  4. 04

    Submission

    1–2 working days

    We either submit on your behalf or walk you through the submission process step by step, depending on the application type. We confirm receipt and document what was submitted.

    What happens

    • Application submitted via the correct channel (UCAS, visa portal, institution portal)
    • Submission confirmed and reference numbers recorded
    • You receive copies of everything submitted
    • Biometric or appointment instructions provided where applicable

    Outcome

    Application submitted accurately, with a full record of what was sent.

  5. 05

    Post-submission support

    Until resolution

    The work does not stop at submission. We stay available for follow-up requests from institutions or immigration authorities, help you understand decisions, and advise on next steps — including what to do if something does not go as expected.

    What happens

    • We monitor for any requests for additional information
    • Offers and decisions are explained in plain language
    • If refused, we review the reasons and advise on next steps
    • For successful applications, we advise on what happens next (enrolment, pre-departure, entry requirements)

    You know what the decision means and what to do next, whether the outcome is positive or not.

Common questions about the process

How long does the process take from start to finish?
It depends on the service. A student visa application can take 6–12 weeks from starting to submission, plus processing time. A university application has fixed deadlines set by UCAS or the institutions. We give you a specific timeline in the first consultation once we know your situation.
What do I need to bring to the first consultation?
Just a clear picture of what you want to achieve and where you are currently. If you have any existing documents (offer letters, previous refusals, academic transcripts), it helps to have them available — but nothing is required for the first call.
Can I start mid-process if I have already begun an application?
Yes. We regularly work with people who have started an application and hit a problem, or who want a second opinion before submitting. We will review what you have and advise honestly on whether to proceed or start again.
Do you guarantee outcomes?
No, and we would be sceptical of any consultancy that does. Decisions rest with universities and immigration authorities. What we do is give you the strongest possible application — accurate, complete, and well-presented.
